Iv heard toothpaste is good with scratches on glass but not sure about lexan.
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Polycarbonate has a very soft surface and any attempt to polish out scratches will probably make it worse.
Some polycarbonates are made with a thin acrylic capping for just this reason. Try and find an invisible area to experiment with to see if your is
acrylic capped. If it is then a very very fine abrasive (could be toothpaste!) or rubbing compound like Farecla G10

Try Meguiars plastic polish and cleaner, we us it on plastic aircraft windows, but as said try in a place it won't matter.

I have used brasso to remove scratches on perspex with good results, dont know if it would work on lexan may be worth a go.
