What size rivnuts for bodywork?

Im planning on fixing my bodywork with rivnuts so they can be removed if needed .

I woudl use as small as possible so you could keep the size of hole you are drilling into the chassis at a minimum.

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Whilst I appreciate and agree with what speedyxjs says, I would go for M5 reduced head rivnuts on the basis that, in my experience, they are less likely to spin round than M4 and allow a bigger washer to spread the load and make a more secure fixing.

Prifast do some very nice galvanized reduced head rivnuts. These need an M7 pilot hole.
