Painting a windscreen frame

Hi Guys

I am going to take my windscreen frame apart this weekend to paint the frame black as the aluminium is a bit marked now. What primer do I need and which kind of paint/lacquer do I need to match the primer.

Thanks

Shaun

you will need an etch primer these are better at adhesion than standard primers, you can paint it with anything then cellulose acrylic, smoothrite etc
