Aluminium panels
I'm about to order the aluminium to panel the sides of my car. Do you have to bend the aluminium over the top and bottom chassis rails or can
you panel to the outer edge and fix with Pu adhesive?
7 out of 10 people suffer with hemorrhoids. Does that mean the other 3 enjoy them?

AFAIK up to you mate.
Someone (Conrod?) once said the disadvantage of not putting a return on the top of the panel is that the sharp edge digs into your arm- but I'm
not sure how serious that is!

yo Paul,its hard work bending the sheet,i put mine on straight and put some 1" wide plastic edging i found in a double glazing van

I did that as well. I got some 1" domed beading in aluminium from B&Q for the cockpit sides. Perfick.

Thanks guys, I guess that's what I'll do as well then - anything for an easy life.
Now then splicing my 4AGE wiring loom into a Premier wiring loom - now that's a differnt story.

bear in mind if you use the soap and blowtorch annealing method, the top will be a lot easier to fold over......
