argh

had another cycle wing bracket snap today taking the wing under the tyre ,really getting p155ed off with these crap roads in our village

2 different sets of 'off the shelve' brackets so very unlikely to be them .the roads where I live are shocking though

If you damage your car due to the poor state of the roads, you can claim from the local council. Speak to the highways dept. and ask for a claim form to be sent, but be prepared to have photo evidence of alleged poor condition. Then its fairly striaght forward to claim......

sorry it say this but it not that easy if it has not been reported before hand u got now chance getting your money back i now this because i traid getting some money back from i alloy wheel that i fukk up on a pot hole

If only. I sent everything in just after the snow when i shredded a tyre on the road. Cost me £80, and ive heard absolutely nothing back, despite chasing them.

Well I suppose thats bad luck for the two of you that had no luck, I managed to claim for a damaged tyre because my drop kerb outside my house was not wide enough and caused our car to have to up and down a normal kerb each time, I took photo's and supplied them with invoice for tyre and wheel and got a cheque in no time.
