I had the same problem as you a few months back. They are a legit company but have a reputation for looooong delays and crap communications. Product
is good tho' when you eventually get it!
Gavin did a great job in sorting it for me.

I ordered some polybushes for a Haynes roadster and have still not received them.
I emailed him to check he still produced them and he responded very quickly and said they would be with me in a few days from the order date. Since
placing the order I have not heard from him despite numerous emails and have obviously received my parts.
I have also heard he has sent polybushes without stainless inserts as advertised. I hope this doesn't happen.
Please could you contact him for me too.
Many thanks,
Bill

I was going to buy some bodywork from GTS however after all of the negative feedback I very much doubt I will, any other companies which supply Ron
Champion sized bodywork etc?

for a road car Aries do 'low line' (caterham / lotus style).
MK / Mac1 / luego do body work that is 1 or 2 inches higher making it easier to fit taller engines.

MK sportscars all day long.....
1. Will communicate on here
2. Will communicate :-)
3. Very Quick Service and nothing (within reason of course it is a business) too much trouble....
My stuff is in the post and if it is as good as the service then I'll be a happy chappy!

This amazes me really.
How is GTS still managing to stay afloat with such poor comms and customer relations?
These conversations have been going on for years now and i just don't get why they can't get themselves sorted out.
For me it gives the business a bad name, and through bitter experience really afffects your drive to complete the project with delays such as the ones
experineced by me and others.
I know there are some people who have had good experiences and that is great for them, it just seems strange the same things come up time and time
again...
Regards Chris
