Dashboard

Guys,

Any chance someone could measure how wide the dash on an indy is in the middle at the top and bottom and also the angle of the middle bit of the dashboard for me.

Just trying to knock up a template and have got all the other measurements off the scuttle but can't want to be sure of the middle bit, I think it's 260mm top and 140mm bottom but if someone could give me the angle or even the top to bottom height then it would be handy.

ta,
Rich.

The angle of my dash down to the tunnel is 25 degs and the bottom at tunnel is as you say 140mm.

the steepness or angle of the cut from tunnel to base of dash is really up to you,i've seen a lot of different shapes and designs on other indys.Probably depends on how much left leg room you need,i've got a pad on my drop on the dash as my left leg does lean on it when driving.

hope this helps
