Striker NoseCone > MK
Has anyone tried fitting a Striker nosecone on to an MK chassis? I know it might sound odd, but I'm still mulling over ideas for providing
bonnet/nosecone clearance for the silvertop front end.

The Striker is different in so many ways (generally much smaller) than all other '7' type cars that I doubt it will work without a lot of
cutting and re-glassing.

7 nose 'sits' on frame and bulges to suit rocker arms.
Not seen an MK up close, but as above, the striker is quite specific.

Guys, thanks for your replies.
So that's another possible solution crossed off (as in - "will not fit".

There are different height Caterham nose cones, later ones on standard width chassis (and probably Westfield too) that might fit.

NoseCone Q
Hi Mike. Thanks for your input, and the link. However, I already tried fitting a Westie n/cone - it doesn't! Maybe the example I had was for the
wide-bodied version. Am looking at adding a blister (or power bulge), but the very 2-hand bonnet needs some g/f filling-in.
