PTS decal

<<< My avatar is an image of the original Peugeot Talbot Stripes.

These are often applied in decal form to Peugeot 205s and the like as they were from that era. Recently someone on the Facebook 205 owners forum asked what they were. The summary answers were Google PTS and you'll see what they are. As a fan and owner I was surprised by the question, but then how would you know without having been there or asked?

I remember fitting them to my white 205 GTI

Twitched when fitting them because I was dreading it going pearshaped, but they looked really good when finished

I remember the instructions saying to place them in the airing cupboard first to make them supple enough to fit

Interesting thing racing decals.

A bit like country flags. They seem to just look right and ring a bell.

the pug ones are famous but other than know they were on the 205, i know little else.

Much the same as BMW and others. If your a petrol head you just know.
