Wanna order a sheet of Carbon Fibre for the dash today, can anybody tell me what the maximum width of the scuttle (ie max width across the passenger

Jasper,
Mine is 46", but then my chassis is 4" wider than book, which means, I guess, that you're right!!

Hi Simon,
Did you make or buy your scuttle? I've done a +4(ish) chassis and want to buy a scuttle.
Thanks,
James

James,
I'm in the process of making it. Plug nearly finished - then I'll mould it etc etc
Doing side/rear panels in fibreglass first - bit of practice before I get into complex shapes.
Probably might be quicker for you to buy a standard scuttle and chop it down the middle, and widen it. It's what I've done with nosecone
(see pics in archive)
You should be able to do it in a day!!!
