Aluminium arches / nosecone!
Hi All
Anyone know where I can get hold of aluminium (trailer/motorcycle?) wheel arches as I intend to panel whole car (including arches, scuttle and
nosecone) in ally.
I have access to welder which (apparantly) is good for welding aluminium, so thought that if I could cut the compound curves from the wheel arches and
weld them to bent sheet, it would save a lot of beating!!
As for the nosecone, the intention is to fabricate various parts and weld together.
Has anyone already tried this, and did they have much success?

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!
