don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

My comments the same as above- It would be easy to do out of all alloy though. Then again I like curves in both my cars and women.

Ye dale the design was also based around the fact i wouldnt have to do bends etc to get the desired look. eg on the bonnet.
This entinre body work can be done with simple bends on table so would be easier to make.

More Sylva Star/Leader than Dutton or a blocky version of an S4 Seven when fitted with cycle wings.

Thats what i want to do but cant decide how. Maybe also have the whole front end hinged a-la e-type?
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Im liking that idea
Do you mean to have the whole front end as one single section which opens up so essentially the whole front end is the bonnet?
Thats would make things easier in one way but also more difficult.
Hhhmmmm definatly an idea worth a think

Ye looks nice!!
Im just undecided on whether to go with that now or stick with cycle wings:S
advantages and disadvantages of both
will require a think and some drawings for me to make my desicion

the rear wing in your design won't do anything where it is though, if it's for downforce then it needs to be in clean(er) air. Further up
above the cage ala the widebody westfield, and preferably further back from the body.
Edited to add: I quite like a more angular style though

Thanks for that ravingfool.
I mainly put it there for looks but i do take what your saying.
Would also look just as cool up high anyway plus if you get the functionality of it then why not
Any opinions on how to finish off my front end?

It looks far too much like a 2008 Ferrari F1 car - watch it they will be complaining to Max soon and having you sued!!!

I quite like the angular look. If you finshed the car in matt black it would have a stealth fighter type appeal to it.

ye i havnt realli thort to much about the colour scheme as of yet... i went with yellow and red intially to make it stand out...
But come to think of it Matt black would make it different plus discreet(well kind of) at the same time
Thanks for that

It could do with a slight angle in the scuttle to give an aero screen and got to say the look of the inclosed front wheels instead of cycle wings
looks great.
