Another rivet question!!

Using 4mm x 10mm blind rivets, what washers are recommended (to go under the head)? Anybody tried this succssfully?

Forgot to mention that these rivets will be securing ally & polywhatsit body panels to the chassis - eventually!!

I would go for proper rivet Burrs (they look like normal washers but are usually thinner and cheaper) i would personally go for about 10mm dia with your rivet size - though others may disagree....
If at all possible try to get burrs with a centre hole that is already the correct size for your rivets - drilling them out is a bit of a nightmare

Approx (+/-100) how many rivets will I need to put an MK Indy together.
