My car is surf blue very light blue i would like to do some of it in orange like gulf gt 40 but my blue is lighter so would need lighter shade of
orange any suggestions Cheers

tbh IMO the only cars that suited this colour scheme were the Gulf Porsche's

unless gulf are sponsoring you then no. its not even a replica of gulf sponsored racing car. leave well alone

Have a look at the RAL codes for inspiration.
And personally I think Gulf colours rock on a 7, but not sure what they would be like if you made everything a lighter shade.

An early 1970s Ford Cortina colour Signal Orange is very close to the gulf collour.
