Painting SIkaflex
I have a bead of sikaflex between my rear arches and the bodytub which was needed to gap fill.
I'm going to paint it and I'm not sure how to deal with the joint.
Should I just paint over it, fill the joint with filler then paint or do something else?
Advice appreciated

Tadpole trim is the usual method for that join rather than Sikaflex to be honest!!

Just prime and paint as bodywork - it takes paint very well.

Depends on how likely it is to flex, paint or filler will crack if the joint is going to move.

Yes, not ideal. I have a load of the trim but the profile of the two parts meeting where the tub curves round to the rear panel left too wide a gap to
nip up onto the trim properly. With SVA deadline looming, it did the job quickly and easily. Don't know whether quick or easy will be words used
if I ever need to replace them though!
Thanks for the advice, know where I'm going with it now.
Cheers
