Would these mirrors be ok for IVA

Just seen these on Ebay E TECH CARBON FIBRE EFFECT F1 STYLE CAR MIRRORS LED on eBay (end time 19-Dec-10 17:09:21 GMT)
Do you think the indicators would satify the side repeater requirment?

Agreed... No.

The side repeater must be visable from the read of the car at an angle of 5 degree out from the line of the outer most body panel. Edges might not be radiused enough either.

Going to be marginal on vertical height of the reflective surface also as this needs to be 70mm at some point and they state 7 x 14cm including border.

As someone said the other day though it is actually stated on page 109 of the current IVA manual that external mirrors are exempt from radius testing.

The indicators wouldn't pass though

My mirrors were checked for radius. Agree these mirrors wouldn't pass.
