Legals for lights

Now I'm missing the right hand side brake light /tail light and fog light what the legalities for driving this in daylight hours?
The left side has everything working .

It gives plod a reason to pull you over. They need all the loot they can squeeze out of us at the moment,

I'm sure you would need brake lights and indicators during daytime even if not necessarily rears and fogs

I have the left hand side brake lights an a higher level centre break light, both indicators work,

I would guess that you really need all your lights, daylight hours don't guarantee good visibilty, fog, rain, snow etc. I could be wrong but I'm thinking that if it wouldn't pass an MOT then it probably isn't legal to drive on the road regardless of road conditions.

Its plain and simple. if it's there it HAS to work. Other drivers expect it to work and is it really worth having/causing an accident.





If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
