Rorty has done me one of his seats, and i thought it would be interesting (and better than doing anywork this morning!) to model it up into a 3D CAD model. See the picture in my photos archive or click here

Its in hand! Going to make a full size card board mock up first to se how it looks and fits

Austen, when you make it up, and fold the back to the angles in the drawing, you'll see the shoulder "wings" will need to stand up less than 90 degrees, to fit and flow into the sides. Easier to do than describe.
