Stone Guards

Got some new stone guards and want to stick them on rather than rivet.

What is out there that will be good enough for the task and, if I want, can be removable without damaging the rear wings?

Velcro?

why not make them permanent and just unbolt the wing stays...

if the stone guards are metal, then very likely they will get bent if you try to remove glued on ones.

I used stainless steel M4 button head screws - as permanent as rivets or glue but removable too.

They are the plastic carbon fibre effect type and don't really want to drill holes in the rear wings in case I decide to remove them at a later date, which is why Im searching for other means of attachment.

Dont want to driving round with rear wings full of holes.

Our carbon fibre stoneguards are stuck on with double sided adhesive foam strip.

A small bead of sikaflex (or simular) around the edge.
- Stuck firm, no chafing, no much stuck behind it, do damage to the wing. And if its a small enough bead, with care, you could be able to it off too.
