Cycle wings - recommendations
Just tried fitting my carbon fibre cycle wings and where they have been in storage they have 'narrowed' in the centre and don't
cover the tyres properly and look like they are now for a 20" diameter wheel!
So I am looking for some new ones preferably in black fibreglass as I can't stretch to more carbon fibre ones.
Can anyone recommend some fibreglass ones to cover 185/60 x14 wheels?
Seen some on ebay but I don't know if they are any good.
Has anybody fitted these?
Thanks
Nick

Given that you can't use them as they are, is it worth trying to heat the c/f wings up (slowly and quite a lot) and gently bending them back
into shape? I don't know if it would work, but some people on here have proposed this for reshaping grp e.g. bonnets.

I purchased a pair of these off ebay a month or so ago.
Haven't fitted them yet (next winter wheel upgrade), but the quality is very good, especially for the price. The edges were well finished and
the black gel coat very good, especially when polished.
The delivery was also prompt and despite being a difficult shape, very well packaged. Don't think you'll get any better for the money.
Comes highly recommended by me.

Thanks for all the replies. I'll try Humbugs suggestion of heating them first and if that doesn't work I will look at replacing them.
