Go HERE for Sikaflex
Yes it is good for gluing just about anything... to anything! We used Texflex which is another PU adhesive...
Also new is 3M PU - similar product, similar price.
Just in case you can't find it - go HERE

sikaflex is the best for sticking and sealing anything - only problem i found is that it's like black death in a tube - is a twat to get off
stuff and gets everywhere you donty want it to and nowhere u need it to. ummm

James,
It depends whether you planning on going to sea in your locost..............
291 is for marine use!

James,
I've used Sikaflex 221 on previous builds however I'm going to experiment with "Bonda PU Power Adhesive Thixo".
It's a moisture hardening thixotropic construction adhesive. It foams slightly so ensuring contact over the complete joint surface and can be
over-painted!!
When cured, surpluses can be filed, trimmed or sanded off.
It states not suitable for milled aluminium however I am confident it will stick like the preverbial to a roughened surface!!
Bought mine from CFS, the Fibreglass people here in Cornwall, about £2 a tube less than 221 which they also sell, they advertise a mail order service
and seem friendly/helpful.
Cheers. Ken.

Should you now be known as the "Robinless Bastd" now she's sold????
Cheers. Ken.
P.S. Serves you right for posting pics of my helmet in your archive!!!!!
