what are the best spring ratings for a blade powered locost?

Having spoken to Procomp, I'm running 250lb on the front and 150lb on the rear - testing on Monday, will let you know how it goes

Every car will be different defending on what components are used, angle that the suspension sits at, anti roll bars, suspension leverage, etc etc
etc. so there is no ideal rate for every car.
Luckily they are nice and cheap to buy if you need to try a few different ones.
Do you have anything on the car at the moment?
What's the intended use for the car?
