finally finished the painting and put her back together all i need now are my plates and im ready to get on the open road

put some mud flaps on the front........trust me it will be the best thing you do.....other wise your baby blue will be stone chip black.

Had mine out for a bit and its filthy....but then again its done 1500 miles in the last few weeks.
Its first legal run was 750 miles

You must be thrilled, it's turned out really nice mate!

Did you use that rear panel in the end? If so it looks good with the paint job.

Once your on the road drop me a u2u if you don't mind an excited passenger? I'd love a bit of encouragement prior to getting mine on the road.

Andrew, yes thats the very same rear panel Thank you so much, its not quite a perfect fit but it will certainly do, ill be over to take you for a spin no probs as soon as those plates are on

last post were phone pics these are digi cam pics so it is a true reflection of the colour and its outside so proper light so to speak

was certainly on my mind, should also stop the boulders being embedded in my head as happened on sva trek

in your last photo the OSR wheel arch is lower than the boot tub floor,is it supposed to be lower than the boot floor?

it is the same on both sides, all the parts have been bought/given from here there and everywhere and none of the parts are a match so iv done the best i can with the parts to hand, to get the arches to "look right" then thats the position i found looked better, i think it looks good and am happy with the result considering the mismatch of pieces/parts
