Paint for wheels
I've just got my Bedford TK wheels shotblasted and primered. They're big steel wheels which I now need to spray. I've got a
compressor and spray gun that I've used many times before with cellulose paints, I'm after a decent paint to use. It needs to give good
protection and not chip too easily. I don't know much/anything about non-cellulose paints. Colour requirements: blacker than satan's black
bits.
Also if anyone knows where to get tyres for older trucks that'd be great. Size: 8.25R16, need inner tubes etc.

File off any sharp edges and etch prime and then 1 dust coat and 2 full coats of chassis black, 20 mins appart
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

some time in it up near Loch Lomond (dunbarton/alexandria) in august/september. Where's greenock?

i painted my chassis and trailer with machine paint after some advice from a welder chappy,
you can thin it down for spraying and its brilliant for not chipping.
altho i brushed it on the trailer and its as good a finish as my chassis.
