mud flaps
can anyone recommend a suitable substance to make flaps out of needs to be quite stiff cheers.PS and where to get it from please Keith

You want a motorsport shop. They sell stuff specifically for the job by the sheet for rally cars. Might not be locost though.

I got a pair of flaps made of material similar to that from Halfrauds - cost a bit less and I only used 1 flap to make 2 flaps for the kit

I hade some black sheet left over from making rear boot cover and internal panels. Made my own from the offcuts. I think it was ABS sheet. As said
though for a little more money rally shops sell the very stuff you need.
