Scuttle steering column cover thing...
what are they called folks? seen them on the engine side of the scuttle, and it covers the slope of the steering column as it pops through the scuttle
wall.
I fancy one to tidy my new improved scuttle

mine is like matt.c's i used a piece of square downpipe and fitted u-trim to it
