Being seen in winter by others
I thought I’d let you see what I’ve been up to with my other wheels and maybe you might do something similar with you transport, whatever that might
be and stay safer this winter.
Well as some of you might have noticed I use a bike everyday to go to work. Seeing how dark it’s been getting already I decided to make my bike more
visible by using 3M diamond reflector tape. I’ve yet to do the wheels but what a difference! There’s no lights on in the pictures btw, just the
reflectors shining in the camera flash.
I’ve now been asked to put the same stickers on the front and back of 4 family members cars, white & red on either end. I’ll take pictures of that
once it’s been done
Missy says I look like an extra from Tron cooool

Double
That can only help other drivers see you coming. Although they will think it's the start of the alien invasion
What does the tape look like in normal daylight?
I'd be tempted to fit some startegic patches on my Indy if it looks sensible.

I don't have a camera with me to take a day shot but you can get black tape the reflects white also made by 3M like this -
e-bay linky then at way
you can fit it without being noticeable.

That could certainly work on my Black front/rear arches and even round my Black roll bar too.

That *should* get you noticed, looks fantastic too. I'm going to be wearing this during the grey winter, it's obscenely bright:

I like that good price too. Unfortunately my Hi Viz bike jacket is not very good in the rain and gets quite wet, though there's a rubberised
layer underneath it get quite cold while it dries. That suit over the top of it would work well

Brilliant - it just so happens they're currently making a sequel, too. Are you trying out as a stunt double, per chance?!?
Not only that, but the soundtrack to the sequel is set to be by one of my favourite groups, Daft Punk.

someone told me daft punk we're doing any more, as one of them is almost completely deaf now (allegedly)
good news if they are doing a soundtrack to it. they're perfect for it

something tells me that this winter there will be a lot of sightings of extra terrestrials around your area.

Tho Police around here use that on the cars. Some of the unmarked cars look completely plain untill your lights hit them and then they are completely
maked.

Thanks
