James,
thanks!
I'll be making my own bodywork for my Indy, so be prepared.......

I like the front, the integrated headlamps (not mounted yet in this picture), the curved windscreen (finally a Seven with a nice windscreen!), doors.
But the rear......hmm, maybe I have to get used to it.
By the way: rear lights are from Fiat Coupe. They're on my list too.....

Nice to seen some design work on the seven that actually looks good and moves it forward - not sure about the back lights either though!

I'm not struck.

Fancy going to all that trouble and then calling it a donkey fort. How do you get in it with the roof on and what are the buckets cut out of the bonnet for? It looks like a motor show concept or something the Nova/Corsa gang would do to tart it up.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Sorry, but I'm not sold on it at all - the sides are what gets me the most - there's no way in hell you could get in even with the roof off unless you're feeling seriously athletic, and you're going to look daft with only your shoulders and head poking over the top. They made way to much of the rear lights and the body around the front suspension looks seriously agricultural.

I like the original a lot (although I'm not sure the VAG 1.8T is the engine for it) but this one looks like a concept car for the sake of concept cars.

I was entertaining the idea of a hard top with gull wings, using a V.W. ghia windshield, so I like the hard top. What's with the whole "lets get airborne" bonnet thing? Oh well, New ideas, can't fault'em.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy...

The front of the body is for pedestrian-protection. New legislation forces Donkervoort to use this design (looking at the future).
The "naked" wishbones might be illegal some day soon....

With a little extra work, they could make it into a hatchback, perhaps not (!?!)

Seen the car "in the flesh" a couple of weeks ago (don't ask me how, i just did ) And it looks absolutely stunning. I'd seen pictures before and thought that it just looked daft and misproportioned at the back, but it isn't.

Chassis is still under development though. (sorry, but can't tell anymore)

As far as upper class se7ens go, i think this is the best there is (expensive though.... between 65000 and 100000 euro's for a standard D8, which is the old model!)
