You might as well go to stoneleigh there will be loads of choice there and you can meet all the builders

See you there Gordon

I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it

I looked around, the cheapest I found stainless ones with rubber linings, for approx. 5mm dia brake pipe was £15.29 +VAT and postage. Price is for 25.

Plain steel ones ar £18.67 +VAT & postage for 50

Anyone know of a cheaper source?

Anything wrong with plastic 'P' clips?
I've used them for brake and fuel pipes, spaced every 150mm. They're dirt cheap, do the job well IMHO.

Cheers

Nick

nick205,

I used plastic (from maplin) spaced @ 6in (150mm) for both fuel line and brakes too.

Its a good idea when making fuel and brake pipes up to slip some off cuts of plastic tube over the pipe to protect it where it is clipped to te chassis before flairing the ends.
