ZX9 Carbs 2.0L Zetec Silvertop

I have recently completed a Pinto to Zetec conversion and fitted is Megajolt V4 to control ignition side of things and ZX9 carbs for fuelling, can anyone advise me how to go about jetting the carbs? eg jet sizes, really what i need is a step by step guide, can anyone help?

I'd start with drilling the jets out to 1.65 mm and which will allow it to be roughly right and certainly driveable to a rolling road. To get it checked out, not sure if Boggs Bros near Malton (North Yorkshire) is too far but they'll certainly be able to sort you out.

Cheers

Rich

Try them as they are, mine went through SVA with just a bit of tweaking to the idle screw and needles lifted 1 notch.

A visit to Bogg brothers released the top end after drilling the main out and a bit more fiddleing got the car running spot on and givign me 40mpg. Well worth the visit to BB for the set up and a look at all the old skool motors they have

I have a 2.0 silvertop with zx9r carb and jolt in my indy.

The carbs are as they came off the bike apart from the air bleed jet's being blocked off.
I goes like stink atm and like Steve say's just need's setting up by Boggs to get the most out of it.
