Just finishing off putting a new slightly taller aeroscreen onto my F27 ( 4mm bronzed lexan polycarbonate)

Polycarbonate has a very soft surface and any attempt to polish out scratches will probably make it worse.

Some polycarbonates are made with a thin acrylic capping for just this reason. Try and find an invisible area to experiment with to see if your is acrylic capped. If it is then a very very fine abrasive (could be toothpaste!) or rubbing compound like Farecla G10

Try Meguiars plastic polish and cleaner, we us it on plastic aircraft windows, but as said try in a place it won't matter.
