Franky's new Grrrille
Been busy this morning and here's the result Franky now has a 'smile'.
The grille was fixed by Aralditing 'L' shaped brackets into the nose with rivnuts inserted into them - the mesh is then fixed to the rear of
the opening using stainless screws and penny washers
Nosecone Grille
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Nice.... but if thats the expanded ally style mesh like (B+Q sell) then I'd say try and find some woven mesh. It'll give you a far better
air flow than that stuff.

No its an automotive product designed for air vents
