Touch up powder coat
I would like to do something about the scratches and chunks I have taken out of my powder coated chassis whilst building.
Does anyone have any good paints for doing this? The powder coat is black.

You could try Hamerite Satin Black, well its a very close match to colour and sheen on my chassis anyhow

Hammerite smooth gloss black worked well, but I would advise you undercoat with red oxide primer first (I tried it straight onto the bare metal, it
tends to chip off at the slightest knock).
I've also tried black gloss enamel, the stuff used on cookers, I think you can get that from B&Q. It tends to give a better finish, it flows
better than hammerite and unlike hammerite doesn't dry too quickly, quite pricey though.
Both will do a good job for you.

We used stonechip made by waxoyl, bought it in halfords. If you dont use a primer underneath it will come off very easy. We used halfords zinc primer,
it seems just as good as zinc182 but cheaper. The primer always stays on, had a bit of a fuel leak and it took all the paint off, but the primer
stayed on.
All the above available in spray cans too.

just to second terrapin, plasti-coat enamel applied to warmed metal gives an incredibly tough finish, looks good, excellent all round.
