Nose cone
What's the best way of securing the the front nose cone on my Indy I know the top can be bolted with rivets but how do you secure the bottom

do not have any pics of mine hinged one on here, but what i foundw as when the nose cone was sat in place ( luego Velocity on locost chassis ) the
bottom front edge of the nose cone sat up above the front chassis rail and between the two uprights either side of it, from memory i welded 4 x 6mm
screws vertical on the rail and had one flap of a piano type hinge sit over these and the other side of the hinge secured to the underside of the nose
cone.
I had to get a hinge that had a large gap between the flaps when shut to allow space for nuts and screws.
If you need more i can take a few pics.
