removeable flared side panels
Afternoon all
Been mulling this idea over for a while. I'd like to fit some flared vents on the side panels but would prefer not to cut back the panel where
it atached at the top and bottom rail.
I was thinking about mounting the flared panel onto the existing panel using two angled rails top and bottom and then simply cutting a hole to vent
the air, it would also be nice and easy to remove to give better access to the engine. The problem is I can't think of a way to attach the
front portion where it narrows to a point.
Any ideas welcome, I'm suffering from mental block. Or is this a completely stupid idea? if it is break to to me gently

Thanks for the photos, how are the panels attached to the car? I'm trying to leave the entire Indy side panel as is and attach the flare to the
side then remove a portion of the centre of each side panel as opposed to removing the entire side panel forward of a certain point.
