CBR1000RR8 coolant hoses

Im having trouble trying to work out how the coolant hoses route from the header tank, I have attached the hose from the bottom of the header tank to the lower radiator hose and im sure that is correct but cant work out how the rest should connect up?

Can anyone help me?

Car is an MNR vortx with Honda fireblade CBR1000RR 2008.

Excuse the wiring mess, that this weekends job to tidy up!

Paul.

I think the overflow in the neck is a pressure relief and vents to the atmosphere.hose Can be tied to a chassis rail to low level in case it needs to vent.
The top hose is a bleed to top of radiator. What rad are you using?

I'm using alloy rad supplied by MNR.
The top hose on header tank the bleed on the pump and the top connection on the rad must all tie in together via a tee piece?
I've e-mailed Marc so hopefully I'll have an answer tomorrow.

What are you doing about the standard sump giving very little ground clearance, billet one from Andy Bates or something else?

The reason I ask is my mate is building a Mac#1 with a 2006 Fireblade engine.

He's knocked up an aluminium inlet manifold to do away with the huge standard airbox, if you'd like photos of that just say.

Anymore photos of your install as both myself and my mate would be interested to see them

Thanks for the drawing.

I've got an AB performance billet sump fitted, fantastic bit of engineering.
There are a few more pics in the MNR section.

Are there any pics of yours on here? I did look at the mac, nice kit.

The billet sump does look gorgeous mind, my mates going to invest in one later in the build, once just about everything else is bought.

i'll have a look for your build thread then, be good to see the photos

I have a build thread in the Mac#1 section but rarely update it, here's a link to a start to finish thread i regularly update, although it'll never actually be finished, lol.
