Repairing fibreglass

The rear of my tiger has been rear ended resulting in damage to the fibreglass.
Is it worth repairing bearing in mind it is all in one, sides, rear tub, rear arches, scuttle or just buy another tub which cost 800 quid.
Cheers Neil

If they're paying Neil, why not go for the new tub - would be much better than a repaired one.

As you can see from the pics there is no damage to the rear wings.

Neil,

It looks pretty superficial from the pics and would be readily worked out with some reinforcement behind the panel and finished with gel coat in the visible area. You would need a RAL code to get the gelcoat matched.

Agreed, pretty superficial by the looks of it, should be possible to repair without removing it with a bit of patience, must have been a light tap! Shame your not closer as the fibreglass chap in the unit next door could have done that for you

As an alternative,if there is a Marine workshop near you, they will do a terrific job at a lot less than replacement.
