Triumph 595 throttle bodies

HI guys,

Managed to source one set of bodies for my kl conversion, but not having much joy with a second set. EBay has a few, but I think they are over priced.

So over to the wonderful world of locostbuilders to see if anyone has a spare set, or knows of a secret source!

Alan, did you ask Claire? She might have a secret stash !

Or she does seem to be able to source engines much cheaper than I could find one so maybe she has a contact for ITBs as well?

I will keep my eyes peeled.

Thanks for the offer scootz unfortunately I've got No idea whether they would work. So will stick with the tried and tested 595 bodies.

Rich, Claire hasn't answered any of my messages about throttle bodies for about 3months, so don't think that's an option! Lol

Ive got a wanted thread up on a triumph forum, which is where the first set came from, so hopefully between here and there someone will come up trumps!

Give Triumph-Ant a call. He has several lock ups stuffed full of triumph bits and bobs. A lovely (and slightly odd) chapwho couldn't have been more helpful when I was running a T595 engine in my 7.

Try a foreign ebay site.

I bought some GSXR600 and 750 bodies from the USA. Each set cost me less than £40 including shipping!
