WINDSCREEN WIPER?

Having just fitted a full screen after getting mot with an aeroscreen fitted , would it be legal to have only one wiper (drivers side )?

why would you want to do that apart from the ease of fitting aspect?

Have you ever driven a car with only one wiper on the drivers side? I have and it aint much fun. You dont realise until you cant see through it just how much of the windscreed you actually do look through.

It wouldnt pass the subsequent MOTS AFAIK.

Ease of fitting is priority ,plus I have a rear wiper from a mazda van . Also having trouble finding an early mini to rob wipers from . Trying to keep cost down !

Got my mini motor/rack/wheelboxes off Ebay with rack for £15, saved hassle of stripping it off car.
