lucas cable wiper systems
i have found a screen for my car at last and now need to find a wiper system to fit under my scuttle.
there was 100's of cars fitted with the lucas 14w type wiper motor and there are meny diffrent types of wheelboxes not to mention vering angles
of sweep.
i need to find what bits work best in a 7rep and what cars thay where fitted to so 2nd hand bits can be sorced or very reasonable places to buy them
new
also are there any major wearing parts that shoud be renewed?
idealy almost all the bits i need can be pulled from a single model car minus the arms and blades obviously

if you have worn 'wheel boxes' on the lucas wiper rack, just rotate them 180 degree, using the previously unused 'teeth'
don't forget you can get single and twin speed motors too
you can also shorten the tubes between boxes reasonably easily.

That's what I fitted to mine, fully adjustable for tube length and sweep direction. There is a "how to" on the CBS website, and
in the catalogue
