Mounting front wheel guards
Morning guys
I have a Tiger Avon
I fitted front rally design cortina uprights however I have just seen the mounting brackets for my front guards are very different.
Has anyone got any pics or advice on how to mount them please

Do you mean bending the strips of steel onto which the cycle wings will then fit?
If so on my MK Indy I fitted the front wheels with the tyres on and inflated. The used some strip of 1/2 inch thick wood between the tyres and steel
strips as spacers and slowly bent the steel by hand over the profile of the tyres (2 steel strips off side and 2 near side). The end result was a
nice close fit between cycle wing/tyre with just enough room to remove/refit the front wheels without disturbing the cycle wings.
Hope I've understood you're question and my answer helps.

Did you buy them from tiger? How long ago?
They are probably for cortina uprights! Have they got a kind of triangular piece where the 2 arms are welded?
Tiger use an aftermarket upright now ( don't know who's ).
They should be able to help you, for a price!

I'm just coming up to do my cycle wings on my Avon too. Was planning to use a technique similar to this:

, which I think is what nick205 is suggesting too.
