I've used one of those spit roast things but not motorised and for welding an old (classic) shell at an easier angle, brilliant for that use -
not sure the floor covered with bits of rust metal and dirt would be good for spraying afterward though.

I think that was a heavy coat of base primer judging by the obvious imperfections in the bodywork. Its probably been blasted he's just sealing
it up which would explain the rig.
