Slight error in your link - there's an unwanted space in "octobe r"

one of the first pages is a version update, indicating the sections that have changed, and if they are a change in required standard, method of
inspection, or rewording/admin changes.
I didn't see any material changes that might affect our cars. but as always, please read it for yourself.

Easiest way to check if via the version control notes on pages 5-7 of the pdf.
