Bodywork latest pics - what do you think?
Just thought I'd share progress with you
Car now complete from rear to gearknob!!! Scuttle needs bolting down, and all wiring thereunder needs connecting. All side panels are painted - just
bonnet and front arches left to paint. Then engine plumbing/hazards/lightbar to do (apart from bleed brakes)

What did you use for the boot lid? I ended up making mine out of ally, royal pain in the ass!
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Looking good, however Mr SVA may not like your "V8" badge, probably best to take it off until after the test. Crazy I know every car on
the road would fail the SVA because of the badges and number plates ! I presume you also intend to turn the roll bar bolts over so you can fit nut
covers.
keep going the end is in sight...

V8 badge is from a type approved car
SD1
If he argues, I'll pull it in front of him. After he's written out Ministers ticket, I'll stick it back on
After test, I'm going to mould it, and from mould make some out of transparent resin, put a bulb behind and use them as side repeaters!!

John,
It's plywood covered with vinyl - I got it from my garage
It's mounted using cabinet hinges (which spring closed so no "lock" required).

It looks very smart.
My only criticism is the back lights, i cant get away with the square trailor look. Much prefer round ones. Personal taste though and i wont be sat
behind it
