"7" grill

Just finished fitting my grill to the nose cone and am quite pleased with the results.

The basic grill is from Lolocost (£7 at Detling)
The 7 and surround are made by bending 2 old coat hangers with hands and pliers to a match a blown up picture of a C****ham nose, wired and Araldited to the main grill.

The whole lot was spray primered, sprayed with aluminium paint and the blue bits picked out in some blue I happened to have lying around.

Drilled some holes in the grill opening and fixed with washers and the insides of electrical connectors (cut the plastic off) Rescued attachment 2005-04-06 1 Locost - grill & 7 parts.JPG

That looks really good, I'm particularly impressed with the 7. How have you joined the loose ends of wire together?

1. The 7 is because the grill cost £7

2. First of all I soldered the ends together but that split so I Araldited them
