Bonnet
I've tried both the "soap" & "soot" methods when trying to anneal the ali for my panels, but had little success. So to try and form the bonnet, I
strapped it to the scuttle & nosecone, and gently heated the "curves", and have ended up with a sheet of ali that looks remarkably like a bonnet.
One small problem though! A small area on top of the bonnet has popped in, leaving an indentation in the bonnet surface which won't spring back. Any
of you any idea how to rectify this?
