Paint shelf life
Hi
I bought some etch primer and high build primer a few months ago to start spraying my car, doesnt look like i'll get around to it till the new
year, will it go off? Its never been opened

Should be fine as long as the Etch primer has not been activated!
Primer will be ok.
Don't let them freeze or get too cold though.

on this subject I had some satin black celly paint that was around 5 years old and went to use it the other day and it just kept drying grey!!!!
Have binned it now, obviously something has happened to it!

It probably just needed some more shaking.
When stood for a long time it is harder to get the contents back into solution. This is why the suppliers have shaker banks and/or rollers to mix up
the paint cans.
Not uncommon to take 10-15 minutes plus of shaking.
