cam ident!!!!

hi all

i spent 2day removing my crossflow because both crank seals needed replacing. I dont know what cam is fitted in my engine but i know it isnt standard . So 2day while i had the rear crank seal plate off i had a look at the end of the cam hoping to see a stamped ident. i can clearly see the letters " kc ..." but the orginal numbers appear to have stamped over so i can't read any of them. The reason i want to indentifiy it is so that i can set my valve clearance correctly. what would you guys surgest i now set the clearances 2. Also, ive never had more than 35 psi oil pressure even after uprating pump. 2day i noticed that the oil pick up pipe is not at all a tight fit in to block so im hoping that could be the cause of that problem

cheers

craig
