Scuttle Trouble
Finally finished my scuttle, 3 days of grief, £30 of steel, 2 cut fingers and a burnt ear, one frightened dog and an annoyed neibour.
Dont bother just buy one off MK or similar
ITS NOT WORTH IT

I bought mine from MK but at least you can say 'I built that'. Looks nice too.
Yeah, what happened with the ear?

Re : The ear
Did someone ring you up when you were ironing??
Cheers
Chris
Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

The front frame is made of 13mm RHS bent to shape on a conti board former, the bonnet ledge is 1.6mm x 25mm flat bar and is welded on the inside -
head inside scuttle - loads of sparks - fizzing noise in ear - smell of burning flesh and wax - jumps up rapidly - treads on sleeping rotweiller
(snaps instictively but misses ass by 1 levi rivet) says very naughty word just as prespeterian neibour comes back from chapel.
Cut my fingers making a sarnie!
