Deep, deep joy because that is the very mirror I've fitted.
Can you tell me why it will not pass?

I seem to remember a few people failing with that mirror because of the edges around the glass. But I guess if you could fit some trim around it, it
would be ok?

Can you use a cheap suction type for SVA and change later if it comes unsucked after SVA?

Push on trim will easily go around the spa mirror for sva.
It then changes its name too pull off trim.
Highly recommend the mirror, make sure you get convex glass though, flat doesnt give enough rear view imho.
I have some trim here, not a million miles from you that will get you a sva friendly spa mirror.

My SPA mirrors passed without a mention but I guess it depends on the test centre. Either way just apply some rubber trim and you will be sure of a
pass.

Some centres will not allow the suction mirrors as they are not permanently fixed. I thought the Spa mirrors with problems were wing mirrors with too
small a viewing area.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
